Izzy Rizzy's and its affiliates has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our various websites:
- IP Address and Other Non-personally Identifiable Information. We collect and use your IP address to help administer the Web Site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your previous activity on our websites. We may also collect information such as browser type, domain name, access time, and page views. This information may be used to help analyze site traffic and improve our services to our customers.
- Cookies - The Izzy Rizzy's shopping cart system and message boards use cookies so you don't have to re-enter your certain information each time you visit. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the visitor's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. Cookies are not executable pieces of code and cannot do anything to your hard drive. They are merely pieces of "text" stored on your computer, and can be easily deleted from your hard drive if you chose to do so. Most computers allow users to turn-off cookies if they so desire. They are not required in order to view the contents of the site.
- Personal Information - From time to time, our site requests personally identifiable information from users when placing orders or registering for member areas, as well as feedback forms, surveys or contests. Participation in interactive elements of the site is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. However, we must have personal information to process orders. If you feel uncomfortable giving this information over the Internet, you may contact us via phone or fax to complete the order process. Any information gathered is solely for the use of Izzy Rizzy's and it's subsidiaries, and will not be shared with any third party. Survey information is used for purposes of monitoring or improving use and satisfaction of the site, and your name is not required.
- Links - This site contains links to other sites. Izzy Rizzy's is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
- Mailing List - Individuals who have joined our mailing list are required to provide a valid email address. This address is used solely for the purpose of periodically providing the user with an email "newsletter" notifying of new product offerings and other pertinent information about the Izzy Rizzy's website.
- Email Addresses - With respect to certain areas of our website, including but not limited to our message boards and polls, users have the option to make their email address private or public. If a user opts to make their email public, Izzy Rizzy's is not responsible for any spam or other email received by or from visitors.
Members who register for our message boards must provide an email address. This address is used in order to transmit password and username information to the visitor. These addresses are kept confidential and will not be sold, loaned, borrowed, or disseminated in any form to any third party. Emails may be sent to registered users of the Izzy Rizzy's message boards from time to time, solely for the purpose of notifying our users of significant changes and/or upgrades to our message board system.
- Public Forums -This site makes message boards and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
- Removal of Personal Information -To ensure the safety of our members and at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to remove personal information from our message boards and other areas of the site if we feel that such data may pose a breach of privacy. Such information includes, but is not limited to home address, telephone number, credit card or banking numbers. While we monitor the boards frequently, it is not always possible to identify postings of personal information in a timely manner, and therefore we cannot guarantee such data will be removed before being seen by the public, nor can we guarantee it will be removed at all. We therefore strongly urge our visitors to refrain from posting such sensitive information. If such information must be shared, we suggest the use of email as an alternative.
- Customer Reference - To better help other visitors, we may publish customer comments and feedback on the site. In instances where we note comments, we will refrain from using individual's last name, and will only use a person's first name and last initial, along with their location (i.e. city and state and/or country).
- Site Submissions - Periodically we may request submissions to the site from our visitors. Submissions include pictures, tips, hints, and other feedback. Submissions shall give credit to the author, however to preserve the privacy of those individuals, unless requested otherwise by the author, only the contributor's first name, last initial, and location will be listed.

When reproducing such items, Izzy Rizzy's will not disclose any personal information about the author, unless express permission has been granted. Note that this policy is limited to general information postings, and does not include feedback and comments.
